Defense Research Priority Act

Whereas Elite Pictish Warrior units will be instrumental to defending our borders against Barbarians to the north; and,
Whereas Barracks will allow us to better train our military; and,
Whereas Walls will strengthen our city defenses at negligible maintenance cost;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: Research Priority
- The President or Streamer shall finish researching Bronze Working and fully research Masonry before pursuing research on any other technologies, with the exception of any technologies acquired through Ancient Ruins.
