- Third version of the Celtic Game Settings which changes the mods slightly (uses Historical Religion Edit instead of Historical Religions Complete; adds Medieval Heresies and Protestant Denominations; adds Edward I England to use instead of Elizabeth I), ups the number of civilizations to 14, designates six civilizations in addition to the Celts, and removes the Time victory.
Celtic Game Settings Act

Purpose: To establish the game settings for Democraciv MK13
Section 1: DLC and Mods
- The President or Streamer shall play a game of Civilization V with all DLCs (at a minimum, Brave New World, Gods and Kings, and the Explorer’s Map Pack) as The Celts / Boudicca, using the following set of mods:
- Really Advanced Setup (v 15)
- Enlightenment Era (v. 7)
- Sukritact’s Events and Decisions (v 2)*
- Slower Research (v 1)**
- Half inflation (v 1)
- UI - EditUnitNames (v 1)
- UI - Enhanced Demographics (v 6)
- UI - Map Pins (v 17)
- Historical Religions Edit (v 45)
- Medieval Heresies (v 1)
- Protestant Denominations (v 5)

- Gaia’s +Resource Buildings+ (v 600)

- The President or Streamer shall generate the Civilization V map on which we will play and the modes of play therein using the game settings tabulated below, leaving all other options at their default settings:

Section 3: Zero-Turn Session
- The President or Streamer must end the first game session prior to settling our first City, and before pressing “Next Turn.”
- The President may reroll the map using the “Restart Game” menu option no more than twice.
