Exit from Green Regulations Act (Grexit)

Purpose: To repeal unnecessary environmental regulations, restore executive discretion over land management, and establish economic development as the primary consideration in the use of Celtic lands.

Section 1 – Repeal of Environmental Restrictions

1. The Sacred Environment Act and all Acts amending or supplementing it are hereby repealed in their entirety.
2. Any law, regulation, executive order, or government policy whose primary purpose is to regulate land use, resource development, wildlife management, or environmental protection is repealed unless expressly preserved by this Act.

Section 2 – Land Management

1. The President or Streamer may improve, harvest, remove, develop, or otherwise manage any tile under Celtic control without restriction unless prohibited by the Constitution.
2. No forest, jungle, feature, resource, or wildlife designation shall prohibit development or improvement.
3. National Parks created under previous legislation are dissolved.

Section 3 – Wildlife

1. All statutory protections relating to protected species are repealed.
2. The Government may regulate wildlife only where necessary for gameplay mechanics or constitutional obligations.

Section 4 – Future Environmental Regulation

1. No environmental law, regulation, or restriction shall be enacted unless approved by a three-fourths majority of both the Commons and Senate.
2. Any future environmental legislation shall expire after one presidential term unless renewed by the same voting threshold.
3. In any conflict between environmental protection and economic development, infrastructure, settlement, or resource improvement, the latter shall prevail.

Section 5 – Supremacy

• This Act supersedes all past and future environmental legislation unless a subsequent Act expressly repeals this Act by the voting threshold established in Section 4.

Section 6 – Commencement

• This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
