Celtic Labor Anti-Exploitation Act

Whereas Under capitalism, the value of the commodities produced by workers’ labor is appropriated in an exploitative fashion; yet,
Whereas In-kind trades of commodities of comparable use-value are unproblematic insofar as they do not involve the exchange of commodities for capital;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: In-Kind Trade of Commodities
- The President or Streamer may not trade Strategic Resources to other civilizations except for other Strategic Resources.
- The President or Streamer may not trade Luxury Resources to other civilizations except for other Luxury Resources.
