The Holy Horses Act v.2

Whereas, The Former President established a precedent of erecting Holy Sites on Horse Tiles

Whereas, the Legislature should legitimize and expand upon this noble and holy practice

Therefore it shall be enacted;

Section 1: Holy Horses

  1. Only the Holy Site improvement may be constructed on the Horse tiles within a 6 tile range of our Capital city.
  1. Once constructed, these Holy Sites may never be removed.

  1. The President is authorized to spend faith on Great Prophets in order to construct Holy Sites at their discretion.
  1. When choosing a location to build a Holy Site, the President shall prioritize tiles in the following order
  1. Horse Tiles within a 6 tile range of our Capital city.
  2. The tile where Scout One perished, if it is within Celtic territory.
  3. Any Strategic Resources within range of our Capital city.
  4. Any Horse Tile within Celtic territory.
  5. Any Strategic Resources within Celtic territory.
  6. Any species tile defined as a protected species (Bison, Furs, Ivory)
  1. Any protected species tile improved in this way shall not count towards the Section 2.2 cap in the Sacred Environment Act
  1. Any Cattle or sheep tile within Celtic territory.
