Whereas, Though unproductive, marshes are a natural environment worth preserving;

Whereas, The Tay Wetlands are one of our nation's key landmarks, yet have already been damaged by expanding agriculture;

Therefore, be it resolved:


Section 1: Tay Wetlands Conservation Area

  1. The Tay Wetlands Conservation Area is hereby established.
  1. All tiles of the Tay Wetlands Conservation Area are deemed National Park tiles, as defined by the Sacred Protections Act (Law #28).
  2. Marshes in the Tay Wetlands Conservation Area may not be removed.
  3. Tay Wetlands Conservation Area shall consist of all tiles located on Alba south of Inverness and north of Perth which fulfill at least one of the following criteria:
  1. The tile contains a Marsh;
  2. The tile is adjacent to at least two Marsh tiles and located along the River Tay;
