Southern Alba Border Reinforcement Act

Whereas Foreign powers to the south have begun to settle near our territory; and,
Whereas In order to secure our southern border, we must have well-protected cities there capable of deterring foreign colonization of our home continent;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: City Settlement
- The President or Streamer shall, by Turn 185, settle four cities in southern Alba and northern Florida as follows:
- One city shall be settled in Florida on the tile circled in orange below.
- One city shall be settled southwest of Edinburgh on the tile circled in yellow below.
- One city shall be settled southeast of Nantes on the tile circled in lime green below.
- One city shall be settled southeast of Perth on the tile circled in red below.
Section 2: Defensive Infrastructure
- The President shall produce or purchase Walls in each of the four cities to be settled in accordance with Section 1 within twenty-five (25) turns of each city’s founding, unless a war is declared upon the Celts, in which case they may produce units instead.
