Alban Expansion Act

Whereas The Celtic civilization’s continuous expansion is instrumental to its dominance on the world stage; and,
Whereas It is against the Celts’ strategic interests that other empires might settle on our home landmass;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: Settler Production
- The President or Streamer shall produce at least one (1) Settler every ten turns, not to exceed the maximum number of coexisting Settlers provided by law.
Section 2: Settlement of the Home Continent
- The President or Streamer shall settle the eighth Celtic city on Alba (the landmass containing the Celts’ capital city) by turn 125, and shall settle a new Celtic city on Alba no later than once every twenty (20) turns thereafter, until there are at least twenty-one (21) Cities settled by the Celts on Alba.
- If a war is declared on the Celts, the President or Streamer may settle a new Celtic city on Alba no later than once every thirty (30) turns for the duration of the war.
