SUPREME COURT AWARENESS ACT
ARTICLE I: AWARENESS
Section 1. The Supreme Court shall keep note of when their term expires.
- The date on said note is encouraged to be confirmed by Moderation.
- The properties, format, and location of said note is up to the discretion of the Supreme Court.
Section 2. The Supreme Court or a willing designee shall notify the government when there are ten (10) days remaining in their term.
- Notification shall take place in the on the #gov-announcements channel.
- Notification may also take place on reddit.
Section 3. Relevant members of the government are encouraged to begin the process of picking the next term’s members of the Supreme Court once the notification has been made.
- This provision is not legally binding members of government to a specific timeframe.
