Whereas, DCash is a currency already functioning on the Democraciv Exchange constructed by Arcwizard;

Whereas, There are currently no laws ensuring the fairness of dealings within this economy;

Therefore, be it resolved:

Section 1: DCash Currency

  1. DCash is hereby recognized as the Celtic nation’s official currency.
  2. The Рsymbol is hereby officially recognized as representing the DCash currency.
  3. Administrators of the Democraciv Exchange are forbidden from generating more DCash, except when directly authorized to do so by law.
  1. Any account joining the Democraciv Exchange for the first time shall receive a grant of new 1000Ð.

Section 2: Lobbying Regulations

  1. The selling of votes shall be forbidden.
  2. The selling of appointments to governmental positions shall be forbidden.

Section 3: Scam Protections

  1. Lying about or failing to fulfill a legally binding exchange agreement shall be forbidden.
  1. Offers and bids made on the DCash Democraciv Exchange shall be legally binding.
  2. Exchange agreements made publicly shall be legally binding if directly announced as an official agreement and clearly approved by all parties involved.
  3. Exchange agreements made privately shall not be inherently legally binding.
  1. The Supreme Court may be privately informed of a private exchange agreement and may deem it legally binding once all parties involved approve of it. The Supreme Court shall be required to maintain a copy of such an agreement until its provisions are fulfilled in full.
