Name Protection Act

Whereas, The President has the power to rename units and cities;
Whereas, Existing laws authorizing specific renaming do not explicitly protect the name from being changed again;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: Unique Name Protections
- The President or the Streamer shall never rename any entity which has already been given a unique name authorized by law, unless such a change is explicitly mandated by law.
