Sites of Divine Wisdom Act

Whereas The prophets and filidhs of our nation have the power to foresee the future, and it behooves us to listen to their wisdom; and,
Whereas We must allow these brilliant minds to establish institutions of reverence and learning whereby their wisdom may be disseminated to the public;
Therefore, be it resolved:
Section 1: Great Person Tile Improvements
- The President or Streamer may use a Great Prophet to establish a Holy Site in a tile designated as a National Park by the Sacred Environment Act, even if this would remove a terrain feature, unless that tile contains a Luxury resource or Antiquity Site.
- The President or Streamer may use a Great Scientist to establish an Academy tile improvement in a tile designated as a National Park by the Sacred Environment Act, even if this would remove a terrain feature, unless one of the following conditions obtains:
- The tile contains a Luxury resource or Antiquity Site
- The tile contains a Forest, and would reduce the number of Forests adjacent to a Celtic city to 0 from 1, or to 2 from 3, prior to turn 150.
