FREEDOM ON THE FLOOR ACT
ARTICLE I: FREEDOM TO DEBATE
Section 1. Speech stated in #commons-debate and #senate-debate shall be protected from litigation under the penal code.
Section 2. The participants in such debates are still encouraged to uphold a level of moral conduct and decorum.
