DISPUTED LAND ACT
ARTICLE I: CONTIGUOUS CONNECTION
Section 1. The President is hereby authorized and encouraged to construct a citadel south of Ramsey in order to connect celtic territory in Ramsey to celtic territory of Babanango.
- This shall only be permitted if our civilization owns the city of Babanango.
- The President should give this citadel a name or delegate such authority to the Minister of Defence; or delegate such authority to the legislature.
Section 2. The construction of such citadel shall be authorized over any existing environmental laws or regulations.
Section 3. In the event of a war with the Americans, the president may hold off on placing the citadel.
- If our civilization owns the American city south of Ramsey, or a land connection is otherwise made between Ramsey & Babanango, then this legislation may be ignored.
