DISPUTED LAND ACT

ARTICLE I: CONTIGUOUS CONNECTION

Section 1. The President is hereby authorized and encouraged to construct a citadel south of Ramsey in order to connect celtic territory in Ramsey to celtic territory of Babanango.

  1. This shall only be permitted if our civilization owns the city of Babanango.
  2. The President should give this citadel a name or delegate such authority to the Minister of Defence; or delegate such authority to the legislature.

Section 2. The construction of such citadel shall be authorized over any existing environmental laws or regulations.

Section 3. In the event of a war with the Americans, the president may hold off on placing the citadel.

  1. If our civilization owns the American city south of Ramsey, or a land connection is otherwise made between Ramsey & Babanango, then this legislation may be ignored.
