The Holy Horses Act v.3

Whereas, The Former Presidents have established a precedent of erecting Holy Sites on Horse Tiles
Whereas, the Legislature should legitimize and expand upon this noble and holy practice
Therefore it shall be enacted;
Section 1: Holy Site Regulations
- The President or Streamer shall use all non-Druidic Great Prophets to construct Holy Sites if possible.
- When choosing a location to build a Holy Site, the President or Streamer shall prioritize tiles in the following order:
- The tile where Scout One perished.
- If required, the cost to purchase tiles to accomplish this shall be appropriated and not count towards the standard tile budget defined in article 1.1 of the Budget Act (Law #5).
- Any Horse Tile within Celtic territory.
- Any Strategic Resources within Celtic territory.
- Any species tile defined as a protected species (currently Bison, Furs, and Ivory)
- Any protected species tile improved in this way shall not count towards the Section 2.2 cap in the Sacred Environment Act.
- Any Cattle or Sheep tile within Celtic territory.
