Whereas, Our government should respect freedom of religion and encourage religious dialogue;

Therefore, The Religious Infrastructure Priority Act (Law #49) shall be amended:

Religious Infrastructure Priority Act

Authors: Quaerendo_Invenietis

Whereas We have successfully established a strong national religion which allows for the creation of multiple faith institutions; and,

Whereas We should take advantage of this achievement in order to best promote the flourishing of the Celtic people;

Therefore, be it resolved:

Section 1: Faith Expenditure

  1. The President or Streamer must spend Faith in order to purchase a Gurdwara, Dar-e Mehr, or Mandir building if one is available to purchase in a Celtic city, unless one of the following circumstances obtains:
  1. Another religious building can be Faith-purchased, in which case the President or Streamer may purchase it.

  1. The President or Streamer may spend Faith in order to purchase a Missionary of Druidism if no religious buildings are available to purchase in Celtic cities. and either:
  1. A City-State issues a quest to convert the City-State to Druidism, or
  2. There are Celtic cities which are not majority Druidic.
  1. The President or Streamer may spend Faith in order to purchase a Missionary of Oriental Orthodoxy, Calvinism, or Orenda if no religious buildings are available to purchase in Celtic cities and:
  1. There are no more than two (2) Celtic cities following religions other than Druidism; and
  2. The Celts currently control a Missionary of Druidism.

Section 2: Restrictions on the Spread of Foreign Religions

  1. The President or Streamer may not use the action of any unit to Spread any Religion other than Druidism within Celtic cities if:
  1. The city to which the President or Streamer would spread the foreign religion already has the religious buildings which that religion would unlock; or
  2. The city to which the President or Streamer would spread the foreign religion is the Holy City of Druidism; or
  3. There are three (3) or more Celtic cities following religions other than Druidism.

  1. The President or Streamer may not use the action of any unit to Spread any Religion other than Druidism outside of Celtic borders.

Section 3: Willing Converts

  1. The President or Streamer may not use the action of any unit to Spread Druidism to cities controlled by other major civilizations which have founded Religions (including but not limited to America, The Aztecs, The Dutch, The Iroquois, and Ethiopia).
  2. The President or Streamer must obtain Open Borders with another major civilization before having a Missionary enter its borders.
