Celtic Intelligence indicates the Zulus are launching a massive amphibious invasion against us, specifically targeting the City of Edinburgh.  We cannot allow their troops to reach our shores and kill our people.

Section I: Declaration of War

  1. The President must declare War on the Zulus should the following conditions be met:
  1. The Zulus have at least 3 units within two tiles of our borders.
  2. The President reasonably believes the Zulus near our border is an invasion force.
  3. Should the Zulus declare War upon us, the below guidelines apply as if we declared war on the Zulus.
  1. Once War is declared, the President must do everything in his power to stop the invasion and destroy the Zulu’s capacity to wage war against us.
  1. The President may not raze any cities during this War.
  1. Our nation cannot establish peace with the Zulus until the Senate establishes what terms may be negotiated.
